Let the celebration begin! My new EP, Just the Way You See It, was sent off for mastering and printing this week. Yahoo!!! On 10/23 I will be performing an acoustic version at the The House Concert at the Graves series. Eric Douglas and Three-Legged Dog (Bea and Dave Graves's band) will also be playing that night. The concert will be broadcasted on FB Live starting at 6 PM AZ time. Here is the link: https://fb.me/e/2KyPlV0xS

And here is the physical address for those in AZ. 3622 N 28th Pl, Phoenix, AZ 85016-7005, United States

Here is a blurb about the EP: Just The Way You See It asks the listener to evaluate their own perspectives of life. Do we live in a perfect world where we live happily ever after? Do we want to? Just the Way You See It begins with an Americana/folk cover of “Midnight Special,” where we wake in the morning to the “same damn thing.” The album ends with “Lullaby Moon,” an ode to peace, tenderness, and beauty.

Recording news 8/1/2021

After nearly 2 years in the studio, the final mixes are reaching the finale! Of course due to the ever popular pandemic, part of the process had been slowed to a crawl, but the end is near!

The new EP, Just the Way You See It, is in it final stages of mixing and editing. I, once again, have been working with David Searle of GreenWorld Recording in Gilbert, AZ. He adds his superb lead licks on guitar to several songs. Plus, Manda Mosher of Black Bird Records has been lending a hand with fine tuning. Most of the musicians are local to Arizona. The line up includes Bea Graves on bass, cell, and back up vocals (check out her band Hambone). Plus, Anne James kicks butt on harmonica and mandolin (check out her band Cinnamon Twist). Will Bradford is on drums, and guest artist Ian Gothe (home base of California) adds his flute and 12-string guitar.

As I am getting ready to release the tracks, I am rebuilding my web site, so check it out here: www.patriciasilverberg.com. Plus, I am fortifying my social networks including Twitter and Facebook. New videos are also in the making. To help make the new songs viral, I hired Ariel Hyatt and her team at http://cyberpr.com/

I hope you join me in the journey as we head to the finish line!!

Cheers!
